How can I find the right size for myself?
You can check out our size guide on the product page to find the perfect size.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Not to worry. You have 15 days to return or exchange the product for the same amount.
How to check the status of the order?
Once you place an order we will be in touch with you through the entire process via sms/email.
Are shipping charges applied to my order?
All our orders are free of any shipping cost.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
You can change the address before it ships, so keep checking your order updates from the time you have placed the order to time it ships out. However, once the order has been shipped, we will be not be able to change the address.
How can I place an order?
Just add the product of your choice, colour and size to your cart and go ahead and proceed to payment! You can view all our products here.
When does the order get shipped?
We get your package shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation! In cases of a pre- order, the dispatch date will be explicitly shown while you add to cart!
How long does it take to deliver the package?
It can take anywhere between 1-10 working days for your order to reach you, depending on your pincode.

What is our exchange/refund policy?
We offer easy exchange for sizes & colours in the same product category and a refund to your source of payment. But at all times, we hope you like what you have ordered.
What is your exchange/refund process?
Once you place an exchange/refund request on the website, we'll have the order picked up. After the package reaches our warehouse, we will do a routine quality check and start the return/exchange process. In case of a refund it will be done within 5-7 working days to your main account.

How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel the order before it ships out. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
How can I cancel my order which is already in transit?
Once the order is in transit, cancellation from our end won’t be possible! But you can reject the delivery and tell the delivery partner that you want to cancel.
